Nepal Jungle Tour (5Nights/6Days)

Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu-Chitwan

On arrival in Kathmandu, meet and greet at airport and transfer to Chitwan National Park.

CHITWAN : Located in south - central Nepal, the Royal Chitwan National Park ( 932 sq km ) consists of forests & grasslands. The park is a popular safari destination as it teams with wildlife. Animals found here include the rhino, tiger, wild elephant, antelope & hyena. It also provides ideal habitat for crocodiles, dolphins, cobras, kraits & pythons. There are 525 species of birds here.

Day 02 In Chitwan

Day 03 In Chitwan

Early morning nature walk, visit the elephant stables, enjoy a canoe ride along the river and watch the elephants bathing.

Enjoy a traditional dance performance this evening, followed by a campfire dinner.

Day 04 Chitwan-Kathmandu

This morning you will be transferred to back to your Kathmandu.

On arrival at Kathmandu, meet and greet at airport and transfer to hotel.

KATHMANDU : Kathmandu is the capital of NEPAL , & has the country's only international airport , which is linked with Delhi , Mumbai , Kolkata , Varanasi in India. Kathmandu is a valley surrounded by hills & snow capped mountains. The valley consists of the ancient cities of Kathmandu , Lalitpur & Bhaktapur. There are seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the valley , including many temples, monuments & stupas. Pashupatinath, the most revered Hindu temple, is also in Kathmandu.

Afternoon half day city sightseeing tour visiting the Durbar square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati temple, Machhender Bahl-Holy place for the Buddhists and Hindus, temple house of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess. Walk around the local bazaars. Also visit Swayambhunath, a 2500-year old site where, it is believed, the Radiant Lotus of the valley-mythology, settled when the water was drained by Manjushree, the god of Wisdom. The 5 Dhyani Buddha's attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of the stupa.

Day 05 In Kathmandu

Morning visit Patan also known as Lalitpur, is the city of fine arts. The city is enclosed within 4 stupas. These stupas were said to have been built in the 3rd century AD by Emperor Ashoka of India. Also visit Durbar Square, the Patan Old City palace with a bronze collection, the Krishna Mandir built by King Siddhi Narasingh Malla, and Mahabouddha Temple. Patan is located 5 km southeast of Kathmandu.

Day 06 In Kathmandu

Today visit the temple of Bodhnath, the collasal Stupa, one of the largest in the world. This Stupa has the all seeing-eyes of the Buddha by King Mana Deva in expiation of his sins of the advice inset with prayer wheels. Pashupatinath Temple The temple of Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath with two tiered golden roof and silver door is considered one of the holiest shrines for Hindus. Although only Hindus are allowed inside the temple, we can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati River. Also visit Bhadgaon (Bhaktapur). Bhaktapur means: "The city of devotees". Bhadgaon was founded in the 9th century and is shaped like a conch shell. Highlights: Durbar square the palace with 55 windows, Nyatapola temple. Thimi clay pottery is the traditional occupation of this village. Bhadgaon is located 14 km east of Kathmandu.

Day 07 Leave Kathmandu

In time pickup from hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight for onward destination.
